Downtown’s East 4th Street, located in the Gateway District, is home to Food Network stars, concert venues, yoga classes and stellar patios. Residences on the block are fully leased and development for future storefronts is underway. It took years of collaboration between developers, businesses, local institutions and the government to transform East 4th Street and downtown into what it is today.
